1. Introduction
E-Factor Experiences Ltd. (“E-Factor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to providing safe, respectful, inclusive, and empowering environments across all our programs and events including The Bridal Retreat India. This Policy outlines our expectations for participant behavior, our health and safety measures, and our approach to accessibility and inclusivity.
This policy applies to all participants, facilitators, guests, volunteers, and vendors who engage with any E-Factor experiences, whether on-site or online.

2. Code of Conduct
We expect every individual involved in our programs to uphold the values of mutual respect, dignity, and professionalism.

A. Expected Behavior
All participants must:

  • Treat others with courtesy, sensitivity, and respect regardless of background, gender identity, caste, religion, age, disability, or personal beliefs.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of personal stories or information shared by fellow participants.
  • Follow instructions from retreat staff or facilitators, especially in relation to safety, scheduling, and group norms.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, or disruptive behavior.
  • Use inclusive, non-threatening, and non-judgmental language at all times.

B. Unacceptable Behavior
The following will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
  • Unwanted physical contact or advances
  • Disruption of sessions or disrespect toward facilitators or staff
  • Discriminatory remarks or conduct
  • Unauthorized photography or recording of others without consent
  • Destruction or misuse of property

C. Consequences of Misconduct
Violations of this Code may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings
  • Removal from the program or venue without refund
  • Bans from future E-Factor events
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities, if required

3. Health & Safety Policy
E-Factor is committed to promoting physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing in all its programs.

A. Participant Responsibility

  • You are responsible for managing your own health and wellbeing during the retreat.
  • You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or psychological considerations that may impact your ability to participate safely.
  • You are encouraged to consult a physician prior to engaging in physically or emotionally intensive activities.

B. Emergency Preparedness

  • Trained staff will be on-site to respond to health concerns or incidents.
  • Emergency contact details must be provided during registration.
  • In case of a medical emergency, E-Factor reserves the right to arrange appropriate care and notify your emergency contact.

C. Hygiene and Personal Care

  • Participants must maintain personal hygiene and follow any on-site health protocols.
  • All facilitators and vendors delivering personal care (e.g., makeup, skin treatments) are required to follow safety and sanitation standards.

4. Accessibility and Inclusivity Statement
E-Factor is committed to creating welcoming and accessible experiences for all individuals, regardless of ability, identity, or background.

A. Accessibility Support

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants with disabilities or special needs.
  • To request accessibility support (e.g., mobility assistance, dietary needs, seating arrangements), please inform us during registration or write to us at connect@thebridalretreatindia.com  at least 7 days prior to the event.

B. Dietary and Religious Sensitivities

  • Meal plans are curated with Non- vegetarian & vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options.
  • Religious and cultural practices will be respected where possible.

C. Gender and Identity Inclusion

  • Our programs are gender-inclusive and welcome individuals across the gender spectrum.
  • Participants may identify their preferred name and pronouns during registration.

5. Reporting Concerns
If you witness or experience inappropriate behaviour or accessibility challenges, please report it confidentially to:
